We

Founded over 10 years ago by a Costa Rican couple, our retreats are comprised of a small expert team capable of delivering the highest quality service.

We will help you to UNPLOG, DETOX , RESET and get back your LIFE, the one that you deserve! and we do this by providing you a complete diet, exercise and lifestyle philosophy guided by pur Certified Health Coach to help you achieve your health goals by combining our Lifestyle Pillars.

Located in the peaceful grounds of Marbella Beach in Costa Rica, a small rural town for surfers placed where the tropical jungle meets the crystal-clear waters.

Our accommodation is divided into three separate villas and the main house where the Cooking, Training and Yoga takes place. In this area, you can relax and enjoy yourself by the infinite pool with a jungle view.

Surrounded by nature and fresh air, our secluded venue offers the perfect setting for a holistic retreat. Just two hours away from the airport, our location is ideal to steer away from the hustle of your daily life in the city while you relax and renew your energy.

Our philosophy is based on Dr. Kim Ok Gwan, a master of acupuncture and oriental medicine, and Mark Sissons, Founder of the Primal Lifestyle, in which it is stated that our health is faltering as our modern diet strays away from that of our primal ancestors.

Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama

Yoga, meditation, and pranayama increase our connection between body, mind and soul. Relaxing the muscles with yoga as improving balance, endurance, flexibility and strength while allowing for a complete release of negativity, along with keeping your mind sharp, feeling yourself grounded, relieve stress and anxiety with meditation. This healing theraphies helps to improve cognitive performance and mindfulness.

Training Exercises, low level aerobic activity, Play & Movement

Following the Primal lifestyle, it’s not necessary to go to a gym for a workout. Stay active and healthy by doing simple full body exercises in no more than 30 minutes.

We make working out simple, dynamic, and fun, using yoga, HIIT, movility exercises, Strength training, weight lifting, sprinting on the beac or low level aerobic activity is enough to keep a strong body

Recovery & Good Sleep

Proper recovery is as important to your fitness as workouts, to avoid over do exercise that can lead to chronic stress. Balance your workouts with enough rest and recovery.

Why? Because prolonged stress (yes, to much training leads to chronic stress) will make your body to adapt to training more poorly and you won’t be able to perform at your best, and you will not notice the benefits from it.

We also give special attention to quality sleep. Essential to refresh your energies and get rid of stress.  Is when your body recovers, heals, grows and prepares for a new day.

Nutrition, Intuitive Eating & 80/20 rule

Healthy and delicious nutrient-dense foods is a key aspect of a balanced body and mind. Have you heard the phrase “We are what we eat”?, well, we believe is totally true, 80% of your body composition is determined by what you eat!, food influences our physical, mental and even emotional well-being.

Lots of colorful vegetables, some select fruits (mostly seasonal fruits and berries), healthy fats (nuts, avocados, olive oil), fresh fish, eggs, herbs, spices, are part of pur daily meals. On the other hand we  avoid: Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats. Food free of hormones, and pesticides, will make the body detox naturally, reduce inflammation, and improve your immune system.

Learn how to apply the 80/20 rule that strive for 100% compliance with guidelines and maximum nutritional value of your diet, but to accept the imperfections and limitations of your food choices, and not want to be obsessed with perfection, as it will lead you to increase stress levels, which is no the main goal of a healthy lifestyle.
